DA RULES ABOUT YCH ACUTIONS
- It can be any character you want, including Ocs and can be either gender.
- Any parts can be adjusted/added to match your character’s body type
- Please provide a good reference of your character (with color)
- Payment must be receive within 24 hours after bidding is over
- The pose cannot be changed! You get what you see.
- There is no limit on edits, this means if you don't like a color, shade, or a body part needs to be smaller, you change your mind about the clothes. There is no extra charge! However if you abuse this to the extend that the whole auction changes, I will decline edits there after and you could get banned from auctions.

Hello, I'm sorry for being inactive for so long. I had health issues among other things. I hope you all have been doing well!
Due to health issues thanks to stress from work I had to resign. I'm better now, but other issues have come to the surface now.
You see, my mom and I had been saving up to fix up our house. I live in Mexico at the moment, and here the houses are made of concrete and blocks. It rains a lot too and we keep getting humidity issues (Walls starting to fall apart slowly) Specially due to the house being 40+ years old and becoming weak. So we had a plan.
